Not safe to use

There was nothing in your advertising that stated harmful to pets and plants. Had there of been , I would not have ordered these Uvlizer. I have plants all over my home and it would be a great inconvenience to move them every time I wanted to use the uvlizer. I am extremely disappointed. I have four of these and I have no use for them. You should be more open in your description of these uvlizers so that a person can make an educated purchase.

Customer service sucks

Two days after I got the tracking number I attempted to track my order. Sense Grand Prairie isn’t that far I figured it would be here in a couple of days. Funny me. Two weeks later I still don’t have my order, I start asking WT. Nothing was done. I get lip service from Emma. Still nothing is done. Then I got lip service from Bryan. Now I’m told “don’t get your panties in a wad, we are out of stock”. Now I’m told we will try to put a rush on your order when we get stock. LOTS OF PEOPLE FEEDING ME B S SENCE IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE DELIVERED BEFORE CHRISTMAS

I have used the product several times and I have not seen a difference yet. It didn’t take the mold out of my bathroom. I also haven’t seem where it has provided results for dust. Maybe it takes several weeks to make a difference. We’ll see

Cannot use your product!

The idea is good and moving your pets so they are not affected is great, but there was nothing in the info about plants until the units arrived and I read the material in the box. The cat I can move, but the plants are heavy and need to be near windows which I cannot handle.
Please send info on returning all three of these as soon as possible. And perhaps include info in the advertising and on the packaging.
